These guys are the best. I got quotes from 5 different tree companies for a 45’ dead oak tree in my back yard. It was in a tough spot right next to my pool, close to my property line and equally close to my house. The quotes were all in the same ballpark so it came down to professionalism and who I felt could take care of this tree with little damage to my property as well as keeping their own people safe. Nobody wants a dead tree guy in their yard. They came on time and made quick work of this dangerous eyesore. Will hire them for all of my tree needs. As a bonus, Bonnie who answers the phones

I used Econo Tree 3 times in the last 3 years.Their price was buy far the best (I had gotten several estimates) and their work was outstanding. They call 2 days before coming and gladly rescheduled for me when I had a conflict one time. Three of my neighbors have also used them and have been very pleased.

If I could give no stars I would they broke our fence in the backyard and they refuse to be held accountable. They broke a cherry tree in the back as well and dident even have anything to say about it, they broke all of our sprinklers. They almost dropped a tree on the window where my little sister was sitting and they almost did that many times. They are not professional or good.

I received an estimate from Econo tree Service. I explained I was waiting for funds to clear in my checking account on 5/12 to Barry at the time of the estimate, so I was surprised when Bonnie called to schedule 2 days early when I explained to Bonnie was waiting for funds to clear she asked me to post date a check made out to cash, That was my first thought of how unprofessional are these people! Well I found out quickly just how unprofessional ECONO TREE SERVICE is Bonnie called to schedule for Friday 5/14 at 1:00PM 5 minuets later

I received a written estimate from this company and they showed up the date they were supposed to perform the work, when the owner Barry came to the site he said there was no way he quoted me the price he did for the work even though we have the written estimate. There are only 2 trees in my entire backyard and that’s what was quoted to be taken down. Without even saying anything him and his team left the job site with no follow up. I’d look elsewhere if you’re looking for a professional service.

Wow! I am so surprised by some of the bad reviews. When I called to get an estimate for a tree and stump removal, the woman answering the phone was so sweet! She told me she was a small business and that she handles a lot of the business aspects by herself. I love that she is local and I like to support small business. Her price for the job was VERY fair. If I have recommended Econo Tree to many of my friends who own a home. I think all of the negative reviews are by rival companies. Please give them a shot!

I had a great experience dealing with the Tree Service Suffolk Country. The service they provided was professional. They showed up on time. The crew that was involved in cutting the trees was well mannered, careful about not making any damage to the property and clean so thoroughly after finishing the job. Pricing was fair so what more to ask for. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Barry, Bonnie and their crew were fantastic to work with. I was given an estimate promptly and they came on the day we agreed-upon. The crew of five men were efficient and you can tell they have worked together for sometime. It is like a well orchestrated performance where each person does there job and all flows nicely. They made a special point to even remove all of our lawn ornaments so they would accidentally be damaged. After trimming my tree they took their time and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends who need tree work.

I am hard pressed to even give this company a star because even that is too generous. Awful experience...horrible customer service.
I got an estimate for removal of some trees and than scheduled a date for the service. My wife and I both rearranged our hectic schedules in order for the job to be completed.
The trucks came to the house and the men looked at the trees, they told me if I need to run errands that now was the time to move the cars and park it on the street, which I did.
I went back inside my house once i parked the cars and noticed shortly after everyone had abandoned the job

BEWARE! They do NOT show or call you back!! Salesman came to my house for tree removal estimate. I gave them the job on the spot because I wasn't going to haggle for a fair price. The salesman told me someone would call to schedule. After not hearing from anyone, I called them. Spoke to the secretary Bonnie. Said she would call me back... nothing. She called the next day with an excuse of doctor appointments. I was ok with that. I asked when she could schedule... she said if its too hot the guys wont be productive so she would let me know. I was referred by someone to Econo tree but I didn't have the same experience at all. I called and asked to have a stump ground down and the woman who answered the phone rudely told me "the simple math" that its not worth their time. They want to make money on bigger jobs and they are not interested in small jobs. I will tell people to stay away from this business unless you want a lesson in "simple math".

Buyer Beware! Used them this year and ordered 3 cords. They only delivered about 2 cords and that was 1/3 soft red wood. A large majority of the 2 cords was also cut 6 inches or less. More like wood chunks than logs. I called them and explained the issue. They refuse to send a manager out to see the delivered wood.. Left several messages, but they won't call back...
