Prior to having my own agency I worked For Lisa Hoy State Farm for 5 years as an agent team member. I love my job, my team and taking care of my customers. A little about me, your agent. I am a lifelong resident of New Philadelphia, OH. I graduated high school in 2003, and proceeded to Kent State University where I obtained my BA in Business Management and Marketing in 2008.
After College I worked for First Federal Community Ban for 7 years in the loan department before beginning my career with State Farm. During my early years at State Farm I became a mother to my two beautiful daughters Ava and Jocelyn.

As a business professional, I know that it is important to have outstanding individuals representing your company. I believe that Lindsay Adam has that person in Melissa Ashcraft. If you ask me if I am happy that I switched to State Farm? The answer would be YES! If you ask me if they are saving me money? Again, the answer would be YES!
