Osterhaus Pharmacy is the pharmacy patients choose for innovate care, excellent service and exceptional health related outcomes. In 2005 Osterhaus Pharmacy open a section of our pharmacy entitled "The Pink Wardrobe". This section is dedicated to supporting women who have survived or are fighting breast cancer and their supporters.

Services
Osterhaus Pharmacy was established in October of 1965 when Bob and Ann Osterhaus purchased Hinckley Drug Store. The store had one full time employee and two part time employees. The Hinckley family had operated their drug store at 124 S. Main Street since 1903. In 1969 the Osterhaus' purchased the Hanchar Pharmacy located next door to the Hinckley location.
Our pharmacy provides an innovate teaching site for the University of Iowa's Community Care Residency Program and Doctor of Pharmacy candidates. The residency program has been nationally accredited by APhA/ASHP. This one year program allows PharmD graduates to enhance and sharpen their patient care skills, develop patient care services and understand the management of a patient focused practice.
Our drive up window is most accessible by traveling up Mckinsey Ave, turning right on German St, and then right onto Creslane Dr. If a line has developed, we ask to wait along the right hand side of the road to maintain traffic. Our highly qualified staff can provide these screenings to give you more information on your health, health goals, and ways to reach those goals.
