I have (had) severe cystic acne and with previous dermatologists I always felt rather hopeless until I started seeing Dr. Butani. First and foremost she prescribed medicine that actually worked on my scars and gave me different options for treatments. She allows me to experiment with different cleansers and washes (unlike dermatologists that push their own or sponsored products) and helped work with me to find a routine that improved my results. I've been to Dr. Anjali several times and each time, I'm impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and warmth. You can feel how much she cares.
