Our highly trained team strives to provide energetic and friendly service, and each member of our treatment team is a registered orthodontic assistant.
Dr. Aimee Skelton is actually from Fort Payne, Alabama, and attended Fort Payne High School. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. Dr. Skelton then completed a 33 month residency to obtain a Certificate of Orthodontics.
Your first visit begins with a welcome from our Treatment Coordinator, who will review your personal information and health history, and then Dr. Skelton will perform a thorough examination to assess your smile's situation and determine your course of treatment. I started going to Dr. Skelton when I was 9 years old. She did my braces and later on did my Invisalign (my fault I didn't wear my retainers) and she is definitely the best orthodontist around. Her and the staff are super friendly and welcoming, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

We recently relocated to the Ft Payne area we heard great comments about Dr. Skeleton and her orthodontist clinic. We are from the Birmingham area and we can truthfully say that this office compares and exceeds some of the larger well known orthodontics offices in the “big city”. They have top notch service with the small town feeling. Everyone is extremely nice and over time, they almost feel like family. They give honest feedback with professional charm. My oldest child received her braces from one of the “big city” well know offices and my son is currently seeing Dr. Skeleton. Hands

This place is amazing! Came here because I was tired of driving to Chattanooga for dental care and have been very pleased and so happy with the change! Everyone in the office is very helpful and very nice! My daughter loves coming here and we are so glad we chose them for her ortho care! She looks forward to coming to the office for her visits here. This place is top notch!

Dr. Skeleton and her staff are amazing. Both of my children have got their braces there and they loved her and her team. Friendly, clean, and professional service every time. I recommend them to anyone. My oldest was 4 years old when he started seeing her and he is now 20. So even the smallest patient is no problem for her. They are the best!
