Anthony is a 22-year veteran of the fitness industry. As a personal trainer, nutrition expert, author and lecturer, his passion for wellness has led him all over the country. Anthony's philosophy is based on the fact that education is the foundation for success. Brenda is an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor.
Zenergy is located just north of Ketchum, off of Saddle Road between Highway 75 and Sun Valley Road. Please plan to arrive early for your appointments. Guests staying with our premier lodging partner, The Limelight Hotel, Ketchum, can call upon the complimentary Limelight shuttle to travel to and from Zenergy.
Our indoor facility features two courts, a pro shop, and a team of USPTA professional instructors. Health members, please book through our Tennis Director or Membership Services Director. At Zenergy Tennis, there are a variety of specialty clinics offered throughout the year. My family came here while we were on vacation and my stepmom asked for one of the people at the front desk to give me a tour. I was asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for and I said I was looking for a place stretch and the locker rooms. I was led around the top floor and then brought through a bit of a confusing maze on the second floor. I was shown through the women’s locker room and I believe through the men’s side to exit. The two locker rooms meet in the back so it is very confusing. I was shown around the rest of the maze and not left at the women’s locker room

Their review is based on a day visit, consisting of working out at the gym, using the pools and getting a spa treatment. I would give it 3.5 if I could, but if I have to choose one, it'll be a 3. I had very high expectations based on what I read and overall it didn't knock my socks off. The gym is nice, but felt limited and crowded. The pools and the locker rooms were my favorite part. I like that they have saltwater in the pools. The spa is ok, pricey for what you get and the front desk staff weren't that great. I have been to lots of spas, so I might be a spa snob. With that said

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden treasure!! The people who are members and the staff are all so welcoming. We pampered ourselves for a week, but this may become an annual event.
We hired a professional trainer who became our friend! We did private pilates sessions, yoga and went hiking! Ut was a well balanced trip! I highly recommend if you’re looking fir a trip to be active yet be pampered. After a day of activity it was always nice to get an 80 min massage! It’s pricey but well worth the money. Life is about balance. Enjoy!

Lovely staff, great gym equipment, the outdoor pool and large hot tub are highlights, along with the many classes /staff. An older crowd than the local Ymca, probably because of the price, but really good if you want to workout without waiting for machines and have a high end gym experience. The spa there looks incredible, but I’m yet to experience. The staff really set this place apart as everyone is incredibly friendly and ready to help you at any time.

I've only ever come here to pick my dad up from PT but today I got a manicure here and I am so satisfied with how the service was! Not only was the staff so wonderful and friendly I also felt like it was such a personal experience. I had no idea this building was so big either. I definitely want to come back and explore what else this place has to offer

I dont know why I havent posted a review for this spa before. I have been here previously for the same service, a 50-minute massage and have always had a wonderful experience. I am from out of town so it's nice to book a service and get the day pass to the gym and all of the sweet amenities Zenergy has to offer. I recommend booking in advance especially during peak travel times but I 100% recommend it. The only thing I would be weary about is if you are pregnant and opt for a prenatal massage. My friend had one and was uncomfortable with the different set up that was supposed to be more comfortable

I am a professional athlete and have trained and raced all over the world, in hundreds of gyms at every level. Zenergy is simply....well Zen! It is the standard that all other spas and gyms should shoot for. It is my pain oasis. They have everything you need to go hard- the best equipment, the best classes, and when you're done on the court, in the pool (indoor or outdoor- year round!), in the new Pivot gym you've got pure bliss to recover- Himalayan salt sauna, steam room, spa and massage, healthy eats and protein shakes, big luxurious soft towels and wonderful changing and shower facilities

This is by far the best health and fitness center in Idaho. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their amenities are first class. Eucalyptus infused steam rooms, Himalayan Salt wall saunas, diverse gym and cardio equipment, and beautiful heated outdoor pool with a view of Baldy are just some of the things Zenergy offers. My boyfriend and I went to Ketchum to ski and ended up spending the whole weekend at Zenergy! It's the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend and good for the whole family as well. We will definitely be back.

I love this facility! It is beautiful with a very helpful staff! The equipment is the best there is and you have everything to choose from, yoga (way to go Brenda), weights, amazing indoor & outdoor pools, spa, juice bar stocked with any beverage you can think of, and a boutique that I have already visited twice!

On a previous visit to Sun Valley, my daughter and I had facials and massages, which we found to be excellent. This week, I had 3 massage treatments this week, each with a different masseuse. All were excellent! Sunday and Tuesday, I had deep tissue massages with Diane and [name forgotten]. Today I had an Orthopedic Massage with River H. which far exceeded my expectations.

My family and I spent the day at zenergy spa. It was over mothers day weekend, so it was the off season, but it was great. The two boys in our family went first and got massages, while the girls took a ballet barre class. It was an awesome class, taught by a great teacher. Once the boys were done, the girls got massages and the boys played tennis. It was an amazing day and was not for a bad price at all! We all had massages that were $100 each but we got a free class and tennis included. All facilities are open to those who are recieving services.
