I had a great conversation with my recruiter a few days after the interview. Recruiter called me later that same day and left a confusing voicemail acting like we never spoke. I ignored the voicemail because it was clearly a mistake, and I assumed they would remember our conversation.
Fast forward to weeks later with no updates. I reach out to find out the status of my application and I'm told by that same recruiter that I was unresponsive so Tailored Management is moving onto other candidates.
Tldr; recruiter made a mistake then blamed me for their mistake. I did not get the job as a result

This recruiter has been the *absolute* worst to do business with.
A client of mine was hired for a job nearly THREE months ago and hasn’t started the job STILL with disclosed medical clauses, missing out on potential income whole seemingly waiting and getting the silent treatment (during a pandemic!!) it’s almost as if they don’t want to deal with real issues and will essentially force clients to move on so that’s they’re not held accountable legally.
Communication has completely dropped off and there’s been nothing but ambiguity.
Not a good luck, guys — expect future discrimination

To express my disappointment with a recruiting company during a pandemic will be an understatement. I started this journey with one recruiter, in hopes we could get me into Cigna. I was told multiple times how Cigna was in dire need of employees. We waited and heard nothing back. I agreed to be transferred to another recruiter with a position at New York Life. I waited two-three weeks with only a few responses that included: “we haven’t heard anything”, “we asked them for feedback but haven’t heard anything” and “we are at the managers availability”. I was contacted by a representative, Donovan, back in November 2019 for a temporary position. She was very professional yet down to Earth and so easy to talk to. She forwarded my information to the prospective company and had an in person interview set up within days. I was so nervous, I called her after the interview and she was so positive and supportive that I quickly felt at ease. I ended up being offered the position and happily accepted. I had interactions with other TM employees who walked me through the on-boarding process. At times, it was confusing but they were more than happy to help
