The Rep that came out to inspect & measure our project was very professional, knowledgeable & patient as he answered all of our questions. The staff was courteous & kept us in the loop with the delivery of our fence which surprisingly came earlier than they estimated, a miracle during this pandemic! The installation crew not only did a good job, they also communicated & listened to our questions/concerns then cleaned up behind themselves! We recently had our vinyl fence installed by Complete Custom Fence and are very happy! Back in June I had several estimates from different companies and Complete Custom Fence was the most affordable. The estimator was on time and very nice and the estimated timeline was pretty much on point. It took a little longer to get the materials but that has to do with the shortages right now, not the company. Even with the shortages they were communicative and accurate. Overall the fence installation was great! Fence Quaility is great! My estimator did not go over my contract terms and conditions he went over warranty and some other basic things. When you sign the contact it’s on the front where you sign the terms and conditions are on the back. The estimator told me to verify the front of the page and never told me anything about the back! After taking my deposit I never heard from the company until I had to reach out many times I spoke to Ricky to figure out what is going on and he told me he will call me next week to schedule the fence I did not receive a

After 4.5 months of waiting for the fence to come in, the installation was finally started 2.5 weeks ago, after numerous phone calls. They came out and promptly busted a main water pipe. They had just installed one post over the water pipe and then went to dig another hole a foot away for another post along the pipeline and of course there was a pipe there that they cut. I got the water turned off and went to Lowes and got supplies to fix the pvc pipe. Then I guided the installation crew to dig the next post 2 inches over, where there was no pipe. Started our fence project in September and after a number of calls and promises the fence is not complete. I have a small dog and they left a gaping hole in my fence that we had to improvise to cover. They became unresponsive so this was our last result to publicize our experience. This will most definitely affect the value of our home. Don't use this company if you care about your property.

Contracted to have fence installed. A two day job turned into a 3 day job. I was advised that the posts that were cemented in would take about 4 days to dry and get solid. Not true. Giving a week or so, for the posts to get solid, I decided to check the quality. One side from the house to the side of the fence as croocked by about 1'.. There must have been over 85 issues where,: the picks were not flush, or level, the board on boards were not correctly fastened to each other leaving open spaces in the fence line, I believe there were 13 posts that were not solid.
