I have made several purchases from them including two welding hoods. I had to replace the full lens on one. They had to order it. Since I wasn't able to pick it up for a year. I called and by luck they still held on to it. Thank Goodness...I never had a problem with their customer service on the phone or in person always polite and helpful.

The staff is always attentive and polite. They provide customer service promptly. They never fail to greet customers with a courteous smile and a warm greeting. When a staff member is made aware of a customer's needs, the staff member immediately tends to serving the needs of the customer. If all staff members are serving customers when another customer arrives, a staff member makes sure to politely inform the customer that they will be with them soon. My son purchased a welding helmet during lunch after his helmet broke. I sent him in with a 100.00 dollar bill. He came out with the change. When I went to a different store to make a purchase I found out that "A Welders Supply" had given me counterfeit money instead of legal money for my change. When I asked her why she didn't check the money coming into her store for counterfeit money she said, Well, someone should have checked it before they gave it to me!". If you buy something from a dog you get fleas.
