Stacy is a Helena native and completed her massage training at the Big Sky Somatic Institute with over 1000 hours in both Western and Eastern modalities. Stacy has been practicing massage for over 18 years in the Helena area and is licensed in the State of Montana. Stacy specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, relaxation, prenatal, hot stone massage, and mechanical cupping.

JENNIFER TAFELMEYER was 25 minutes late for my appointment with her last Monday. No apologies or explanations offered. I was also asked on check-in to sign an agreement that cancelled appts would be charged. I felt worst than when I went in-Dr. Tafelmeyer was very rushed and rough with me. I now have to see my massage therapist to undo the harm she caused me. Helena has many chiropractors-avoid this one!
