In the Summer of 1966, Paul W. and Joyce Burnett left their careers to start Burnett's Great Southwest Employment Services in Arlington, Texas with the mission to make a difference in the staffing industry through unrivaled service, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Initially specializing in permanent placement, the family-owned business quickly grew to include Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary employment services becoming what is known today as Burnett's Staffing.

I was referred to Burnett's Staffing buy a friend and the experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! Right away, Casey was on it and found me an amazing position! I was quite impressed that she was able to find a job that I fit well with so quickly! But even more impressively she was so happy and inspiring through the whole process! She is such a kind, cheerful, supportive, and PATIENT woman! It really boosted my motivation preparing for and coming into this new position. I am referring everybody to Casey! She is the best!!!

I’ve never used a staffing agency before but I will say my first time did not let me down!! My recruiter Emma was by far the sweetest and most helpful person to deal with! She never hesitated to let me know she’s just a text or phone call away if I ever needed her help during the whole process. She made my life 10x easier.. because we all know how draining job searches can be! I’ve been looking for awhile but after meeting with her via zoom, sending in my resume and answering a few questions for my profile she got me a interview so quick I couldn’t believe it. Burnett's Staffing is a great staffing agency that I would recommend to anyone. Brittany (North Arlington location) is the recruiter who helped me find a great position. She is very sweet and helpful. The whole process only took less than a week I believe. Everyone that I met was very kind and personable. I only wish I knew of them a long time ago!

I was impressed by the level of care that went into my initial interactions with the Fort Worth office, but that drifted away pretty fast.
It's now been about two months since my initial consult and I have not heard anything from my recruiter. I understand that maybe I was not a fit for any positions but the least someone can do is speak up. I have even reached out to her and it's a month later and I have received no response.
I'm pretty disappointed as this was my first experience with a staffing agency.

In my 31 years I've never written a review, but I felt Burnetts Staffing, North Arlington deserved to be recognized for the excellent service I was given by Olivia and the company as a whole. Their Staffing Agency is by far the best in the business. I met with Olivia on a Friday and received a job offer the following Tuesday! She exceeded my expectations in every way, and I could not be happier w my experience. If you are looking for employment I would highly recommend calling Burnetts Staffing (North Arlington location) and setting up an appointment with Olivia.
