I began painting my hallway, foyer and planned to paint my living room. After completion of the hallway and painting 8 feet up on my 20 foot vaulted ceilings, I decided it was a job for professionals-nothing like calling someone to fix your mess up LOL.
Pro 1 Painters price was very reasonable & scheduling was not an issue either. Painting crew was professional and honestly were so quiet like a whisper! Absolutely love the new color and that I didn't have to paint the foyer & living room, 20 foot vaulted ceilings, over an iron rod staircase, etc. Jose was so informative and stayed

Hurricane Sally came through and blew over a huge pine which destroyed our roof and caved in our ceiling — Pro 1 Painters fixed it up, looks great. They also removed popcorn texture in one bedroom, and we're going to have them come back to remove it from a couple other bedroom ceilings too. It's literally better than new.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this company's leadership.
My wife and I saved up to have our kitchen cabinets painted by Pro1 and, at first, we were thrilled with the results! The fact that they took what was quoted as a one week job down to just a couple of days, was a nice bonus.
That expeditious completion came at a cost.
Several areas were (still are) chipping, thin (can see the original espresso through the paint) or otherwise just unsatisfactory not too long after completing.
Pro1 promptly responded to our warranty case and told us that, while they will do

UPDATE: The day after I left my review I was contacted by Pro 1 Painters' coordinator, who scheduled my cabinets to be redone in December. Shortly after that, on the same day, Rene called me and demanded I take down my review. I told him not until the cabinets were done correctly. Several days later he texted me that he would be mailing us a refund instead of redoing the cabinets. Refund never came. He is now BLACKMAILING me and holding funds until I agree to remove my review and agree to no longer discuss the situation. SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS.

Our company spent $18,000 on an exterior paint job in january2020. We already had to call them back while they were doing the job because the quality was terrible. Once done, within months its peeling and looks HORRIBLE. Its still under warranty yet NO ONE will call us back, even tried to fb message them, no response, tried the email they provide on fb-- which is now not a working address. this is NOT OKAY for 18k!!!!!!!!!!!! we were looking for a painter to do more jobs but it definitely wont be with these people!!!

We hired Pro1 for a second job painting three exterior brick walls of a screened porch. They did an excellent job in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner. We love the new white walls! We are extremely satisfied with the job they did and will call them in the future for all of our painting. They are great to work with.
