I was in a head on collision where someone was on the wrong side of the road, in my lane when they hit me. I was in the hospital and had to have surgery. Elizabeth Grimes was recommended to me! She was very professional and patient with me when I did not understand. She helped me through the whole process and communicated very well with me about each step and process. I already miss my interactions with both Libby and Wendy. Libby made me feel like family. I was expecting it to feel like a transaction or just another client, but I got much more.
