Called about sourcing a of component and got sent to eBay, I would prefer sourcing something locally that would help keep me from days of ordering the wrong part based on descriptions. Would have even payed more for it too. If their sales team isn't selling the company then what do they think of it?

Fantastic company. Nick make sure customers are always taken care of. Ashley and Alex finished a large project for me today and went above and beyond. The cable management (which was quite a mess before) was top notch when they were done. I would be proud to show anyone our current IT setup now, and I have confidence we are well taken care of. These guys are the real deal.

They were quick and professional. I’d just had a power cord issue but since it was the second one from Best Buy they I’d gotten that broke, I wanted to be sure there wasn’t more wrong with my laptop. As a poor grad student, they took my financial situation into consideration and even stayed open an extra 10mins so I could come pick it up after leaving the clinic I was working in. Amazing service! Great value!

The guys at Computer Geeks are great!!! They fixed another companies screw up & saved me a ton of money by not having to buy a new laptop.
I dropped my touch screen laptop in May and shattered the glass so my husband first took it to ubreakifix on Glenstone for a replacement. They had it for 3 weeks & hadn't contacted me so I called them for an update and was told that they broke the new glass after installation but since it wasn't as bad of a shatter than when I dropped it off I could keep it for a discount of $150 🤨 To which I replied no thanks, you can put the old glass back in and call

Nick at Computer Geeks was great at helping me find a replacement computer for my wife. After explaining how she would use the computer, he took the time to find a new laptop that would meet her specific needs. I appreciate being able to buy from a local owner as opposed to a "big box store," knowing that if there is a problem I have a resource I can trust to take care of it.
