Acupuncture is based on the ancient Chinese theory of chi (energy) flow through meridian (channels) pathways which run through our bodies. I employ The Worsley 5 Element Acupuncture method which works by assisting the body's own healing abilities. By opening 'blocked' channels, healthy energetic patterns are restored, much like getting the 'kinks' out of a garden hose.
Once the hose is cleared, water can flow and the flowers receive the water they need, so to speak. Pain, swelling or tumors are areas of 'blocked' energy. Stress also affects us in so many ways - mostly negatively. Poor diet, polluted air and water, lack of adequate exercise, insufficient rest and not enough play - they all impact our state of being.

before that I was in a bad way from a Spinal Cord Injury my body was
burning and pins and needles from nerve damage. My life has changed

Lauren Matzen is a professional and intuitive healer. I started going for relief from allergies and Lauren has become an integral part of my life.
