They did a great job in doing the necessary decking repairs, adding flashing to the edges of the roof and along the walls , which wasn't done on the original roof. They used a top grade underlayment to seal the roof and used a top grade shingle with infused copper to help prevent moss buildup. They did an excellent job and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Northwest Preferred Roofing for your next roofing job.

We had them take out our old gigantic skylight and roof it in. They got the job because they did everything including the interior drywall/ceiling, texture & paint and their bid was the best. So happy with all their excellent work and they were on time, polite and responsive.

Professional and honest people to work with. I hired them to repair the leaks on my roof vents after getting quotes from 3 other companies. I was so glad I did. If there were any issues after the repair, I would call them and they would immediately come to make it better. Cassandra and Leo are the best!

We had numerous estimates and had several competitors flake out either by not returning calls, or claim they didn't have the equipment to handle our property. Everyone at NW Preferred Roofing was easy to work with. The job was done early and it's the best roof in our neighborhood. Everything was done right and so much better than our previous roof. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Job well done with zero drama. I cannot say enough good things about the crew and of course Cassandra who keeps everyone organized. I had multiple quotes to get my 25yo roof replaced and Leo of Northwest Preferred gave me an honest assessment of the roof. I knew I needed a new roof, but after being laid off in the pandemic, my work situation was up in the air. Leo agreed I needed a new roof, but felt some repairs would buy me another winter out of the existing roof. I DID get a new job and was relieved to opt for a re-roof, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northwest Preferred for their honesty. Cassandra was great to work with for the scheduling and Leo and his crew got the job done on time with an excellent clean-up
