My septic alarm started going off at 2pm on Sunday. I gave them a call and they were here exactly when they said they would the very next day and had a new pump installed as well as the tank pumped out and were done by noon. Great service and cleaned up when they were done. Will definelty use them again next time a septic issue arises.

Called Atomic about my 50 year old septic system draining very slowly if at all. They came right out and pumped the tank to get me going and scheduled a replacement the next week. Their bid was very reasonable and they showed up as promised and got the job done. They were professional and courteous and very respectful of our property. Great job and I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT USE!!! Missed a whole day of work waiting for them to show up. Gave me two different times for someone to show up and then call me an hour before they close to tell me they can't make it. Unprofessional and office staff is RUDE. Will never ever use them again. Called WILLIAM DUSTIN SEPTIC and they came out in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue in no time. I highly reccomend WILLIAM DUSTIN SEPTIC. DO NOT USE ATOMIC!!!

Worst provider of septic tank services in Polk County. If the owner's picture could speak more clearly, it could not better describe his disdain for people who ask him to simply do what he says he will do to get people to hire him and his two sons. Best thing would be to use any other service than this one.

I contract this company to do work for me he asked for money down and I gave him $3300.00 to start the job. After calling him for a few months and get thing all kinds of excuses why he had not started my job he just stopped answering my calls. I went to the BBB and filed a complaint but he never answered them. I took him to court but he never showed up and they put a judgment on him for the $3300.00 plus the cost for me to take this to court but that is no good if since I did not get anything as of yet and he is out there still doing business. He is a very dishonest person. Who in good conscious
