Used them before an thought they were great. Recently scheduled an appointment which was confirmed by email, then the day of, couldn’t reach anyone over the phone and the location they sent me to was a dead end. After spending so much time in traffic to get there only to not get my taxes done and then not even be able to reach anyone by phone or email is beyond frustrating. Not sure what is going on but be careful and thankfully I did not pay prior to the appointment
