Critical: Professionalism
Called a few weeks ago to inquire about a loan. the guy who answered was rude and had a very bad attitude with giving me the info I needed. The interest rates are to high and they do not work for their customers. This company is a BIG NO for me. They are not professional at all

They are very rude here!! If they don’t make enough business here it’s because they give you the run around and their rude when you call them

Worst loan place I've been to. Because of the lock down it's been difficult to keep up with payments but they still wanna charge daily late fees and process your debit card knowing the funds aren't available just to charge you 35$ every time it doesn't go thru. Stay away from this place!!

Used to use them years ago. Since fugy left definitely not the same. Everyone will tell something different and give you the run around. Definitely will not use them anymore. Seems they only cater to certain people.

I've used Banquet for at 2 years now. Francisco is very helpful, caring, and goes out of his way for me. Each on time payment helps build your credit score, and they can often refinance halfway through the loan if you need more money. Great place for small, low interest loans.

Been trying to reach the Elgin office for over a week to update my bank info. No one answers, no one returns calls or responds to emails. This place wants to make it hard to communicate so customers miss payments and they can tack on frivolous fees. Poor lending practice if not flat out predatory. Going in person to pay my balance in full and never dealing with this company again. Don't waste your time. You will literally spend days and hours attempting to make payments or update info. Nevermind their useless website it never work or provides any information on your balance or allows you to pay

Since they lost Fugy their customer service sucks. They won't return a call but if you don't answer right away they tell you they are sending your account to collections. Rudest people ever. I will never do business with them again.

I have been a customer of Banquet Financial for about a year. I am very pleased with the customer service and the prompt attention I have received. Fuji and Colleen have been a great help. It's nice to know that I can count on Banquet when I need a little extra money, for courteous and prompt and fast service. Thanks!
