So, I've never been to this place. But my experience prior to even coming to my appointment was so awful that I ended up canceling my services and went to another business. I went to their website and went to the "book now" section, since I knew what I wanted to get done. As I went through the process of booking, there was a note saying if you are a new client, you need to book a consult. Makes sense given the first appointment is usually a consultation and then the services. So, I booked that, even though I needed a lamination and a lip wax. Fast forward to the day of the appointment

Amanda is amazing!! I just have to update my review. I've been going to her for a year now, I think, but each visit gets better and better! She takes very good care of your eyebrows or whatever service you are looking to get done. The positive atmosphere, vibes, and energy makes you feel very comfortable. AMANDA IS INCREDIBLE! She is a professional, she is a perfectionist, she deserves all of the recognition in the world because her services are outstanding. I will never not go more than 6 weeks without a brow lamination ever again because it was a game changer. I am a freak and never let anyone touch my eyebrows...I put trust in her and I will never go to anyone else for anything brow/lash related. I got my sister hooked on her too!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows, lashes, or face for that matter. I have been going to Amanda for many years and she is honestly the best. She is a perfectionist and really goes out of her way to make sure you love her work. She is also so knowledgeable about everything she does and the products she uses. I can not recommend her enough.

I can’t begin to express how great Amanda is at what she does. Not only has she transformed my eyebrows, she has also shown me her kind and beautiful soul. She cares deeply for all things, but especially animals (me too!). If I could give more stars I would. This was such an amazing experience! My brows are bomb! Amanda is not only adorable but super professional and knowledgeable. Did I mentioned this is a black owned business?! She walked me through my brow lamination process, step by step. I received my first of 3 Microneedling treatments I purchased. I was very comfortable - her zero gravity table was great and Amanda used a nice numbing to help with sensation during the procedure.

Highly recommend! I have short, light eyelashes that grow straight down and in all different directions and I had been spend a lot of time curling them every morning, which I know was damaging. I decided to see Amanda for lash lift and tint and am thrilled with the results! It's only been a few days but it's been SO nice to simplify makeup routine in the morning!
