I scheduled for air duct cleaning weeks in advance to be ahead of fall furnace needs. As date scheduled approach I was proactive calling them to confirm appointment for following day. Office help said they had record of my call but not scheduled. She pushed all blame onto myself, basically telling me her system flawless. I tried over next 2 hrs of back and forth calls to at least set up for a week later. She made no effort to resolve issue or take any ownership for failure on their part.

Timely in fixing my air conditioner problem! That is enough for five stars by itself, but the two gentlemen who resolved my problem we’re also courteous and respectful in my house. They even tried to keep the noise down so as to not wake my sleeping child!

We had dishwasher problems, leaking and getting carpet wet starting around August 1st 2020. Air Butler came for a fee of $90. We had to order 4 parts but they couldn't get the for 3 months, so we ordered from Sears and Amazon with the part numbers they gave us. They would not guarantee their work because we ordered the parts ourselves! She finally came and replaced the parts. The next time we ran the dishwasher, it ran for the full cycle, 1 1/2 hours, only to discover there was no water going to the washer!! She came back again, also wanting to charge another service fee of $90! But we said

I woke up the other morning (Friday, 12/27) and the heat would not come on, ok.. I've dealt with this before, just change out a thermostat. Having changed out one of two thermostats last year I figured it was time to change out the other.
