They said to me it takes a week to fix my truck but it took two week to finish it! I kept calling every single day on second week and every time they said it might be ready by tomorrow! Then I went there to see what is going on and it was 3 pm and they said me truck will be ready by 7:30 am but when I got the next day still truck was there and nobody worked on it! So I stayed there to push them to work on my truck and finally they finished it by 1 pm

I took my truck there on Monday 4th and I was promised it would be ready in maximum 2days, little did I know that it was jus a lie. It’s now 9th and the truck is not ready and they’re now telling me it’s next week after I was hit with an exorbitant price, $7512 for EGR cooler, coolant reservoir and alignment plus labor. The price is almost 3 times higher. My friend took his truck to Shreveport branch all the way from Dallas to get all his injectors replaced cos he knew about them and it was done in a day. Mine was less work but a week is not enough for them to do the job. I’ll never go

When I first took my truck at this place, I was impressed by their customer service staff. They are kind, friendly, and they really pay attention to what you are there for. Once you specifically tell them what needs to be fixed on your truck, or they find out what is wrong, you won't be disappointed. Even when I on road and I happen to have my truck serviced elsewhere, I first give them a call for advice and they always are great to me. Matthew would do anything to help in any questions you may have. Generally, I never had issues with any staff at this place; they always are willing to help.

Engine light came so I went to the dealership and waited till they open. I check in and get told they don't have room for trailers and they won't help me until I lose the trailer! They couldn't even scan the code quick! Not the Bruckner service and quality that I come to expect at the Tulsa branch. I will never be back to this location or recommend it to anyone. I suggest you take some lessons from the fine folks in Tulsa.

My experience was apparently different.
They are very proffesional.
Sire, it takes a while to get things repaired correctly, and I'm ok with that.
I want my vehicle repaired correctly.
Sure down ti.e costs money, but multiple down times are way expensive.

This place was busy, and my Volvo is kind of a piece of junk, but things got ridiculous.
They kept my truck for 13 days! And, they also charged me for coolant line repairs that should have been covered by the remaining 265,000 miles of my warranty. At the end of it all, management wasn't even apologetic.
This wasn't my first rodeo with a Bruckner's dealer, but this is the last Volvo truck I will ever own, and Bruckner's are the VERY worst service centers I have ever been to.
Don't even waste your time. This dealer didn't even have trailer parking.

Terrible! Mike, service manager is a liar! Our vehicle hit the deer and was towed to their shop. Mike promised to repair it within 7 business days but after 3 business days he did not even order the parts! Then he said he need another 6 days, and we sent a driver to pick it up. Guess what? It took them another 10 days... 3 weeks total! The price kept growing every day! We ended up paying $13,528 plus $1250 for towing! We will never ever use them again.

Beware! The worst service experience ever. Service manager and service writer lied to us multiple times regarding service. Bruckners had our truck almost 2 months after we provided signed repair order to service and repair oil leak from engine - no repair or service. Bruckners finally provided us an estimate in excess of $10,000 with no supporting detail - only totals for "labor and parts". Asked service manager for details. He would only provide us with a list of parts with no prices. He told us that their computer system was not capable of providing a parts list with prices. We asked
