Paul Lukitsch State Farm Agent is located at 200 Fleet Street, Suite 100 in Green Tree. I earned the privilege of being a State Farm Agent in January of 2006. I say "earned" because a State Farm Agency is not a business you can simply buy, it's a business that has to be rightfully earned and requires a passion for helping others.
My passion is to help people protect what is important to them and help them plan for today and their future. In particular, I enjoy helping people plan for their children's education or their own comfortable retirement. This passion to help people and work hard for them was instilled in me by my family.

I have been with Paul and his team for over 10 years and I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness and efficiency. They are there for me whenever I may have a question or concern. Thank you to the whole team. Unfortunately, I had to transfer agents because I was moving out of the state, but a special thank you to Kent for helping me during my transition. Admittedly, I was only price shopping when switched to State Farm, as they were lower in cost than any of their major competitors; but I have stayed over the years for the service. Paul and company are very personable, professional, and truly address my individual needs. I now consider him a friend, and could not recommend them highly enough!

Paul and his staff have been great to work with. I just purchased my first home and worked with Lynn on my homeowners policy. She explained everything in great detail - and in a way that I understood. She also helped me update my auto policy that I've had with Statefarm for the past several years. I felt like I've known Lynn my entire life - she was really a pleasure to work with. 10/10, 5 star service!!!

Paul, Kent, & Colleen are absolutely fantastic! I have been with state farm for many years now and have never regretted my decision. They truly are good neighbors, when I call I'm not just speaking with my insurance agents, I'm calling someone I have a personal connection with that they have taken the time to cultivate and maintain. I recommend them to everyone!

I have had an awesome experience with Paul and his crew with my time in Pittsburgh. They are very caring and understanding especially during this crisis that we face with the COVID-19. Paul does not just had off the responsibility to others he is right there making phone calls and checking in on his customers to see if they need anything have questions, or just to see how things are going. I am very grateful for the support and time from everyone and I will miss them dearly, but know if I am ever in Pittsburgh again, I know who I will be calling for both my car and renter insurance in a heartbeat

I will say that Tiffany was incredibly helpful in setting up policies and helping save money. However, other employees in the office seem to not know what they are doing. I had to ask for a change of address several times. Anytime my debit card would expire I was not called until at least 1 month's bill, sometimes 2, were late. When my one car blew the engine, I asked for state minimum coverage, and told the office that I will call if I get it running again to reinstate insurance. A few months later, they left me a voicemail asking if I was driving it, and if I was to call back only if I wanted

Paul and his staff are great . I have been with state farm for over 24 years and with Paul for the majority of that time. They go above and beyond with the services they provide. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Paul in the past and over the last few years Kent and both are great . I would never leave this insurance agency as long as Paul and Kent are there.
