I have found this apartment to be very comfortable. The manager, Hope, has always been nice, professional, and helpful. The one time I needed maintenance, they came immediately. It is very quiet, my neighbors are great and I have never had any bugs at all. I recommend these apartments to anybody and Hope does a great job managing these apartments.

We signed a one year lease and absolutely loved living here. The Lakes may be the best Lindsey Management property (no kidding--trust reviews about the other complexes). We lived on the bottom floor with two babies and had no complaints from our upstairs neighbors.
Pros: Nice walking neighborhood (or complex). The high ceilings are a PLUS and make the apartment look way nicer! The pool and workout room were nice/safe to use before COVID. Maintenance requests were always responded to within a day. When we moved in, I listed things that were wrong with the empty apartment and they were fixed immediately

Lindsey management is like the wal-mart of apartments. What you see is what you get. Do your homework. If you are considering this place..be sure to scope out the apartment they are showing you and talk to the neighbors. We lived here for a little over a year. There are gates but they are always open...and even when they decide to close them you may find yourself locked out, because they lock them at random times/dates at night. I found myself completely locked out once, and no one would do anything about it. The golf course is beautiful, but living here is less than desirable. If you get lucky
