My driver waiting seven hours for a load, Tim Atkinson told me in a e mail, that they would pay detention. he paid us 150.00. he told me several times that he would dispute the detention and get me the rest of the money owed. after a week of trying to get an answer from Tim, he cursed me and told me he wasn't paying because he was not going to lose money. I sent a message to the company owner, who also has not returned my message. Avoid, this company, even if its in writing.

Delivered a load for Fakshipping, and their customer damaged our trailer in the process of unloading. Adam was helpful enough to assure us that he is going to handle this situation with his broker, so we left to our next pickup and right after we rolled 50 miles ,Adam calls and says that we need to talk with their supervisor and handle it ourselves . We are glad that we had the opportunity to work with them.

Unfortunately our experience with this broker wasn’t nice at all!
We hauled a load for them on September 17- September 21,
At the pick-up the driver waited 12,5 hours, (3pm-3:30am),
When we asked for the detention pay, they said that they need 7 business days to get it approved by the customer,
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since we delivered the load, and we still didn’t get a revised rate confirmation with the additional money for detention.
We kept sending them emails ,but they ignore us !

Jamie Love, Ryan Dreyfus, Toni White, be aware of this two, liars, cheaters and what not. DRIVERS, be aware they are just trying to use you and they will do everything just to not pay you, ZERO respect for people....
The list is getting longer from this misery of a brokerage, I don't know why even some of my coworkers are giving them a chance to redeem themselfs, this brokerage will never learn.

Working with Jamie Love and FAK Logistics is one of the best moves we’ve ever made. When we drove our own truck, we relied solely upon Jamie to keep us loaded and now that we own a outdoor store, we sometimes get with Jamie to have freight hauled in to us whenever feasible. The rates were always good both ways and they always do what they say they will do. We have worked together now for about 3 1/2 - 4 years and have always gotten great service. Give them a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

We’ve worked with FAK multiple times, and each time we’ve had a great experience with them. We’ll definitely continue to work with them in the future, they’re very professional, and have great communication with us drivers. Alison was great, she kept in contact with us, any questions or concerns she took care of it right away.

We do several loads for these guys mostly booking with Mike & Fred. They always work with us to get the rate we need and (Mark/Jamie) their tracking team is super helpful when needing to change drivers at last minute. We never have a problem getting our freight factored, and they treat our drivers/dispatch with respect. We will continue to do business with this company as they are awesome at communicating and easy to work with! We appreciate you guys!
