We used MELMAR limos to pick up about 10 different clients from the airport. Mark was so attentive and professional during the whole experience. I had to make adjustments to the pickup/drop off times for a few clients, and Mark was quick to accommodate. All of our clients were happy with their service from Mark and his team. We will definitely be using MELMAR again in the future! :)

I called to get a limo service at the last second on Easter Sunday. Unfortunately they had all their cars taken, but went out of there way to make a few calls and make a recommendation that would work for me. Going above and beyond with customer service on a holiday Sunday night far exceeded any expectation I had. Very high quality customer service.

Few weeks ago I made arrangements to be picked up from the airport. We were scheduled to arrive in Phoenix at 7:34PM. Unfortunately we were delayed numerous times and the stress of it all really got to me. So much so that I failed to notify Melmar.
