1.2 miles away from there shop. -3 degrees F out. apu cut off for some reason and batteries went dead in my big truck. Woke up freezing 10 am. Apparently all service call drivers went on vacation together. Lady on the phone is a joke. $353.00. Said that was cheap cause they have a trucking company. Well ma’am you have been over paying to. Thanks for not letting me die though but you absolutely know you are ripping people off. Shame on you and this company!

Called about trailer alignment and 8 new tires. First lady I talked was nic and said no problem. I told them I can leave trailer for a week. She said ok. Than talked to someone else she gave me price for the tires out of space. Also trailer alignment wait time is 3 weeks. It seems like she didn't want to make money for their company.

I was pulling a camper and my truck broke down not far from their shop. The towing for my truck and bumper pull camper was $ 450. Considering it was New Year's Day it seemed legit. The wrecker driver was a pretty nice guy. The mechanical part of it, I was charged 600 bucks for diagnostics and for them to add 2.5 gallons of oil. The truck wasn't fixed. Just seems I was overcharged and the truck was patched to get me out of there. I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed.
