We called "Murphys lock smith" in East Falls, agreed on pricing, then a guy from this company shows up and proceeds to tell my wife a whole new price list - WAY more expensive of course.
Total scam - do not fall for whatever BS he / they throw at you about how many years experience, master lock smith, etc......if you believe you deserve a higher price for better quality than advertise / quote accordingly!

Without question the biggest scam artist I have ever had dealings with. Quoted me a price of $35.00 on the phone to unlock a door. Arrived at my location and tried to up-sell big time. When I didn't bite, all of a sudden he could open the lock. Then charged me THREE TIMES MORE than his original quote to open the door. Took less then five minutes.
