Merge MFG is Lincoln Nebraska's authority for small to medium size custom tube bending. Merge offers tube bending services on tubing of all shapes and materials ranging in size from O.250 to O3.00 at radii as tight as 1x the tube diameter. Our state-of-the-art, CNC controlled, hybrid-electric tube bender ensures that we can deliver the highest quality bent tubes at the lowest cost and shortest lead times.
MIG and TIG specialties, combined with decades of welding experience and continuous in-process inspections, guarantee high integrity welds in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrications. Our staff carry out the most demanding and precise welding projects and accomplish them with highest level of quality.

Great experience and the guys at Merge were extremely helpful and know metal work. Ernie and Kory helped me out with my small metal fabrication job and saved me money by not having to order a replacement part online. The outdoor stuff they make in their metal shop is quality, top shelf stuff (benches, garbage cans, bike racks, etc). Call this place first for any metal work you need or for any quality outdoor products! Top notch!

Merge did an amazing job manufacturing a new brushed stainless steel sign for our reception area. Their designers and engineers were awesome in getting powder coated metal behind the cutout areas that match perfectly with our corporate colors. From the design phase to the installation, Merge did a fantastic job and I’d highly recommend them to anybody looking bend, cut, or build things with metal!
