Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery has been providing a comprehensive range of plastic surgery services to men and women in the Phoenix area since 1996. Dr. Ali Mosharrafa and Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa were born in the Twin Cities, completed their training in Texas, and have been practicing in the Phoenix area ever since.

I will start by saying I had consults with 5 doctors before deciding on Dr Ali Mosharrafa. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and wanted immediate Masectomy to reconstruction.
I needed a plastic surgeon as well as an oncological surgeon and I kept finding great oncologist but the plastic surgeons seemed to be so far behind in treatment and techniques. I'm big on advocating for yourself and not just taking the first medical opinion you're handed and I'm glad I persisted.
Dr Ali made sure I was a candidate for the reconstruction surgery I wanted and never made unrealistic promises

I was astonished and terrified when I received my Breast Cancer diagnosis. To top that off, I had a long and winding road to find a plastic surgeon due to where I live, when I said I’ll drive anywhere for the best, my breast cancer surgeon recommended Mosharrafa. They called Terri as I just had a surgery cancelled due to an insurance mix up and asked if they could fit me in – they worked me in the next day! I finally met Dr. Tamir, I was at my wits end and terrified, but he came in the room and talked to me about the process

Long story short, I was not satisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty. After discussing the goals of the surgery and being reaffirmed they were achievable, I chose Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery. After my surgery, I was only called back into the office once while my nose was still extremely swollen. Because the healing process can take over a year, I was patiently waiting for the swelling of the tip of my nose to go down, but that never happened. I am writing this review for my surgeon Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa. I have had 7 breast surgeries. My 6th and 7th surgery was with Dr. Tamir. I can say without reservation that choosing Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa as my surgeon was the best decision I have ever made. He advised me to have two separate surgeries; the first surgery was to remove my old, larger implants and let my body heal for at least 3 months. The second surgery was to place smaller implants. Dr. Tamir wanted to separate my surgeries to see what I naturally looked like. I ended up having the first Surgery on 5/9/18 to remove the implants. Everything

This doctor is a BUTCHER!! How has he stayed in business?? Every visit he was in rush. Didnt have time to understand my issues. Would say you look great for your age. Who wants to look great for their age we all when I will look at least 10 years younger. He stapled my head making a bigger scar that took longer to heal and he left the staple in.

Great experience. Such nice people to greet you when you walk in ready to listen and help. The staff are all very professional and experienced. Dr. Tamir performed my surgery for axillary lump removal on both sides. Now, I go see their Medical Aesthetician, Ali Rasor to receive scar treatments and other services. I also see Jamie, RN for services. I highly recommend.

Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa is so extremely talented!!! I had a breast reduction about 16 years ago by another surgeon in the valley. I was pleased because there was improvement but was never really happy with my scars (they show in my cleavage and go into my armpit and they're thick and raised).
Fast forward and now 16 years later I've had a child, hit the 40-year milestone and have hypothyroid issue and now my perfect C-cup breasts are a DDD-cup again! I selected Dr. Tamir because his gallery of before/after photos are amazing. His office staff is so sweet and helpful, and I love that he has his own

Let me start by saying I spent years researching breast augmentation procedure as well as plastic surgeons. It was something I wanted to do for years!! I knew I wanted to an enhancement but I was not certain of size. At my consultation with Dr. Tamir took the time to educate me on the different implant options. One of my main objectives with having this procedure done was to hopefully correct my asymmetry. I am mother of two and after breast feeding the difference in size was more noticeable. I would think very seriously before letting Ali Mosharrafa do any kind of surgery. I paid a premium for a bargain basement facelift and a revision. I was left with sagging jowl and neck skin. I got arrogant responses when I was unhappy with my results. This man should NOT be performing facelifts in my opinion. It has been a year and a half and I have had the procedure performed by another Doctor in Paradise Valley. He assured me he could fix this botched facelift. I went ahead wirh the corrective surgery...wow, what a difference a competent and well trained surgeon can make. I am sooooo happy

WOW! Dr Ali Mosharrafa, fixed a botched breast cancer reconstruction and a deep belly scar for me. I'm only 3 weeks out and I feel AND LOOK AMAZING!!! My tummy hes NEVER been this flat and tight even before my c-section surgery when I was 39. I'm 59 and I look 29 from the neck down. I'm thinkin' I need to get him to do my face now! Dream experience, from initial call to schedule my consult, to post op appointments. Dr. Ali performed a breast augmentation on me in August. My experience with Dr. Mosharrafa and all the staff at the office was wonderful! I had breast augmentation done 2.5 years ago and my left implant ended up deflating. I did my research on this site and decided to drive out from LA to Phoenix and SO happy I did! Amanda was amazing to work with from the start being that I dont even live in Phoenix. As far as recovery and the results, I literally had no pain after surgery and LOVE the result!!!! Definitely recommend Dr. Ali Mosharrafa!

I'm so blessed to have read many reviews that assured me this was the Dr. for my reconstruction of a problem with my implants that were leaking after being in my body for 37 years. After doing my research and consulting with a total of 3 docs in Scottsdale, I knew Dr. Ali Mosharrafa was the perfect surgeon for my breast augmentation. Dr. Tamir & Dr. Ali Mosharrafa are amazing doctors. They are very professional and incredible at what they do. I had an accident where my eyebrow was cut open and needed an operation to repair it. Dr. Tamir stitched me up in under an hour. The before and after pictures were amazing. You couldn't even tell that the stitching was done. He was able to keep all the stitches internal so it looked like nothing had been done and my face healed perfectly. You cannot even tell that I had the accident and my face looks great. i'm truly grateful for his help!

I had a consult for reconstructive breast surgery following breast cancer. I am a very proactive patient- I had done a lot of research on my own and knew what options were available, but I needed to discuss those options with my (potential) plastic surgeon to decide which one was best for me.
The doctor here refused to discuss options with me, focusing instead on only one type of surgery. I felt that a good surgeon, even if he wasn't comfortable PERFORMING
