Great place. Glad they now have an Encinitas location. Super modern, clean and very professional. Have been seeing Claudia for years to get my genesis laser treatments to help with rosacea, minimizing pores, etc. Everyone's super friendly there, especially Emma. They have real good products at the spa, and also always great deals on packages and products when you sign up for their newsletter online, plus referral bonuses. I highly recommend this place.

The Spa is easily accessible and very professional. The lounge was clean, spacious, quite with many products to get samples of. The staff is so friendly and helpful and spent time going over the monthly specials with me.
My nurse Annie spent lots of time with me answering questions, explaining products and treatment options and customizing an affordable customized plan for me. I couldn’t be happier with the results-I look natural, refreshed and youthful 😀

I don’t even know where to begin about this place. I think I wrote a review last year pre Covid when they corrected my botched Botox from a salon by me. I drove an hour to make it to this savior of a salon who corrected it for me and most importantly showed me so much empathy for how awful my original Botox looked (not done by them). Lol. Anyways, I went back about a month ago and they are just as incredible! They checked in on me after via text and even asked me how I was liking it. Let’s just say my Botox turned out amazing!!! I was referred to this Med Spa by Jasmine the client coordinator. This location is a bit far for me, but Jasmine had informed me of a promotion and I decided to make the drive.
When I got there I was immediately greeted by Jasmine & the team. The General Manager, Jessie introduced herself to me and was able to sit in on the entire appointment with me and the nurse, Annie. They were both very helpful when it came to promotions and were knowledgeable about all products they carried. Not to mention they put up with me and my phobia of needles!!
All in all there salon was super clean, had great staff

Coastal Medical Aethetics is my “go-to” place for all of the services they offer! The staff is truly the best I have ever come across. I don’t know how Claudia does it, but somehow she has hand picked the cream of the crop staff. I recently went in for Botox and a consultation for lip filler. I have been wanting filler for a long time but have been nervous to do it. I was scared of the pain and the potential of looking fake. I saw nurse Neeki and she was great. She is very calm and knowledgeable. I decided to go for it and I’m so happy I did. It didn’t hurt because they gave me dental numbing and they told me how to care for my lips over the next few days. I love the results. Very natural and and not noticeable that I got “work” done. I will definitely be going back for more.

They have a pretty good Botox scam going on. 90 units & my face was still not frozen? They blamed the excess of units needed on the delay in between treatments due to Covid. Multiple medical professionals have debunked this theory, it’s just not true. I found a new Med Spa where 36 units worked just as good as the 90 from Coastal Medical.
