I am a graduate of Arizona State University, Legion of Honor Qualifier, Honor Agent Qualifier, National Convention Qualifier, 38 year agent with State Farm Insurance, Community Volunteer, and Church Leader. I am located in Downtown Denver since 1982. We offer Auto/Home/Rental/Commercial insurance, along with Life and Health.

A friend of mine recommended this State Farm office because he had been doing business with them for many years. I called and originally spoke with Sandy who transferred me to Sid. I spent roughly 20 minutes with him giving him all of my information to give me a quote. He told me he would get back to me next week. I never heard from him again. Very poor business when a potential new client calls to get a quote and you don't even get a call back.

VERY disappointed. A friend of mine highly recommended this agency. I spent a good amount of time (roughly 20 minutes) on the phone giving all my information to Sid and he never called me back.

Sandy and Grace are wonderful and always very kind. I call and email about a lot of questions and they always respond with a smile and never get upset when I ask the same questions over and over. The service is top notch, they handle claims speedy and professionally. I have never had any issues with this company and have had them for over 20 years. They have covered all 3 of my children whom are now adults. Love this place

I joined State Farm from Progressive because of the value but remain a customer because of the service. Sandy has guided me through renter's insurance questions and helped me get the right coverage for my car. Just got a new(er);) car and she made the process of transferring the insurance easy and painless. Plus, she always has a great attitude and is fun to talk to. I signed up for rental insurance through Sid Priday's office in 2009, because it was close to my first apartment in Denver. Almost ten years later, I can still say that working with his office and Sandra in particular has been incredibly easy and efficient. I've added many items to my policy since opening it, and I've always felt that every time I speak with them they genuinely care about me and my well-being. They are very responsive and always work around my schedule if I need to speak to someone or stop by in person. I'm honestly surprised to see any reviews lower than five

When moving to Colorado in 1994 I looked and found a State Farm agent randomly from a quick search since I had always had State Farm Insurance. I was not disappointed! The personalized service of Sid Priday's office is awesome! Everyone makes any changes to our policies a breeze. Love the personal touch from Sandy!!! I would highly recommend Sid Priday's office for anyone looking for excellent service and care!

Ok well I guess screw me for having a car and wanting insurance on it right!?. It all started when i got insurance for a decent price with this dude. I told him how my out of state people worked they called me when I needed to make a payment (told them to make a note of this) I'm used to making payments every six months(because I paid for 6 months at a time but had to switch to monthly because denver.) Anyway forgot I was paying monthly and called them 7 months later to find out my insurance was terminated because of "non payment" no call no email nothing! So I try to get my policy

I have been a customer of State Farm for over 30 years. After all those years I finally needed them. The claims person had all the facts regarding my claim, we spoke at length about it, and in the end I was issued a check to be picked up at the Sid Priday office. Since I was without a car I called the office and asked if they would send me the check. I also explained my situation, how it was unusual and the conclusion that was agreed upon. A few days later I received a check for 6,000 less then the agreed amount. It turns out the Sid Priday office didn't like the original agreement and

I have been a client of Sid Priday for almost 25 years. I have always received excellent customer service and followup. I have had three claims over the years including the one I filed four weeks ago. My car was damaged and repaired in six business days! Service like this is exceptional.

Sid has a wonderful staff. Grace is amazing and fun to work with. I would highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs.

Terrible experience with this agent. Simply was shopping around for auto insurance quotes. Was emailing back and forth with Margaret, and I have the emails saying the quote was too high and I wasn't going to go through with using State Farm. She told me she canceled anything she had started with a new policy and I never gave her my banking information and somehow they are still withdrawing a monthly payment from my account when I never set anything up with them. Mistakes happen, I get that. But this all felt alittle shady, and living in the city of denver where everything costs so much, I

I had a terrible time dealing with this office. StateFarm offers you very limited control over managing your account online or through a national 24-hour 1-800 number. Instead, any management of your account must be done through a local office, which is nothing less than an inconvenience. Just want to log in and make a quick change? Nope. Want to speak to someone on a weekend? Nope.

Any changes that I requested to my account were met with a hassle, and all communication came in the form of very short, unprofessional emails from the office manager. It's a shame that everything must be done
