Any unavailable item can be delivered from our in-town warehouse within 15-20 minutes so that no time will be wasted for your car glass repair. Power window systems consist of a motor, regulator, a device that holds the window and a control switch. The control switch signals the motor to open or close the window. We carry new and used auto window motors and regulators for domestic and foreign vehicles. Our certified technicians are trained to replace a faulty motor, regulator or switch, as well as other window parts such as regulator tape, latches, clips, gear plugs and rollers.

Business was negligent by keeping my car unsecured and adjacent to their repair shop. Worse yet, they left my car key unsecured, in their office with no staff present, the key to my car, they allege, was stolen along with my car. But for the business's negligence, my car would not have been stolen. The business is refusing to offer me a refund for window replacement ($270).

I will not be coming back to this place after my experience here. Can the lady over the phone stop lying when it's going to be done?.. It's like every time I call about my car, it's always a "it'll be done tomorrow".. it's been days..? Would have no problem If this place was at least honest with me. I also notice they close earlier than what is posted on here.

So I called Saturday and asked if thea A y caring the back glass if my car this was around 2pm on 12-11-2021 Saturday so when I got there I payed a deposit of $140 then lady told me there wasn't enough time to fix my car that which I said okay it's fine I can come by tomorrow. The lady let me know to come back the next day on Sunday at 9.30 am . So I got to the shop a 9.20 they didn't open until 10,30 . So she calls me

This place is horrible and my window was broken so I went to go get it fixed I paid her the money went in line for three hours she put everybody before me I went over there like over two months ago still have not got my window fixed no refund never go to this place again and the manager got very smart with me attitude and all.

I thank God for this place! I am working out of town in Fresno. My truck’s side window was broken due to someone trying to break into my truck. 7 Star was able to replace the window the same day and on a Saturday! They are some of the nicest people that I have dealt with, very professional and hard working.

I had them replace the windshield on mt 03 bmw 525iA and not only did they leave the headliner hanging they also left a gap between the frame and the windshield where the weatherstripping is and all along the top of the windshield and when i washed my car it leaked all on the inside and when i called to ask about it I was laughed at and told there was no gap....but ya ok i could bring it in the next day...only to be told they did nothing wrong and they where not liable for any damages whatsoever.....even if they did admit they where at fault they would only give me store credit!! why so they can

We took our car in to get the windshield replaced. They are located next to the pick and pull shop. Before we went, we had called ahead of time and asked if they have a windshield for us. The lady said they did. When my husband got there he waited almost 4 hours just for them to tell him they don't have a windshield for him. The lady said she thought we had an Acura MDX when we clearly said it was an Acura RDX. Long story short, they took off our old windshield already so we agree to leave the car for one day and 3 days later the windshield is

A Sketchy/Shady business that will try to get over on you if you don't pay attention. I called in advance for same day service. I broke down the needs and requests for my vehicle, as well as insurance information and claim values. I was prompted to come in and do business with a guarantee that it would be completed same day. The lady was very nice on the phone. When I arrived, it was a completely different story. I was told that they couldn't take insurance claims anymore and needed the full amount from me because of issues in the past that had nothing to do with me or my situation. A

I went in looking to get my regulator fixed after waiting for a while she said she had a used one for me to just wait until they brought it to her . I only said yes , because one the piece was promised and i needed my window fixed . I proceeded to pay 225 dollars . After I was waiting for the promised piece she said they didn't have it that she had to order the piece for me ! To wait 3-5 business days . I never received a call in regards to my piece . I was expecting a call you would think a business will notify you . Well not this one . 2 weeks later I decide to go back to ask for my refund

I came here to get my car window motor/regulator replaced because my window kept spazzing out. They checked out the window and rolled it up and down a few times to observe the problem I was having. Then they told me that my car window did not need a new motor or regulator. There is a different problem and it's not something they can fix and I will need to take it to the dealer.

If u were to track my review history ,you will notice I don't do much review. I've had good services at most places I visit but I must tell all, for me 7star exceeded my expectations to Mars and beyond. I'll start by saying that Arriving there was easy . The women at the desk were nice and personable. Outside the 2 mean work silently and efficiently. The atmosphere was super calm. This was all great 1st impression but it just got better. My car window decided it wouldn’t roll back up all of a sudden on a Saturday afternoon. I’m from out of town visiting, so I fell into a sudden panic. I found this place by googling and immediately went in. They said they’d fix it right away within the next 45 minutes. I was in shock. After 30 minutes, I was out of there was an almost brand new window. The customer service at this place was also very incredible. Sometimes going to these places when you don’t know much about cars can be intimidating, but they made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Weather was so nice this morning I lowered my windows. As I stopped by the grocery store, I went to raise my window and the window just dropped back into the door. It was super early and no one was open. I left a message through yelp for a quote and Sonia texted me back. Telling me to head down and that they would take care of me ASAP. She is so nice and friendly. Thanks for helping me out. Side note, several other shops never contacted me back and other shops couldn't get me in.

My family vehicle front window was smashed. Not a good way to start the week of the new year. I had a good experience the previous time I was here. I called and asked for a quote. Surprised that they had the glass in stock. Ended up showing up later in the day. Found them to be SUPER busy. The young lady in the office was extremely helpful.
Was quoted about an hour wait. HOWEVER, It was slightly less than that.
Super fast, super friendly, and would HIGHLY recommend this establishment for anyone that needs a window replaced on their vehicle.

Needed fast service on a Saturday morning and must have called about 10 different companies listed on Google with no answer or no same-day service then finally got ahold of 7 Star and was able to get them out within a couple of hours. They said they'd be there at 10am, arrived at 10:20am. It took about an hour to do the job and we're back on the road. Thank you!

My windshield was very much cracked when I brought my SUV into this auto glass repair shop. They had the cheapest price when I called around, plus I saved money by mentioning their ad from the yellow pages. My total price was $180 with tax included, which was very good for my model vehicle.
The receptionist was swell and very accomidating. Service was about three hours. My car was left a bit dirty, but I don't expect spectacular cleaning from this place. Overall everything went well and if I had another hazard with my windows, I would bring my auto back.
