Year after year St C schools buy from swans for sports. Orders are often wrong. Products on back order. It takes way too long to receive the orders, then you still have to wait for back ordered products. We have tried to go into the store to try on sizes before ordering, but they did not have the same brand there to try on. Once we get the products, they will not exchange for a different size. They told us to try swapping with another customer. Terrible customer service. I wish the school would use some other screen printing shop. I’ve heard many parents say the same.
