My wife and I were on our way back to west Michigan from our trip to Pittsburgh when I had the pleasure of meeting these fine people.
My alternator died without warning as we were on the Ohio turnpike so I found Bubba's to be the closest tow from where I was. They explained to me that they would gladly give me a tow, however, they are a commercial vehicle service center and don't generally work on passenger vehicles such as my F-150. Anthony from Bubba's towing service was awesome. Expedient, amiable, and most importantly, kept us updated on his way out to pick us up. Hopefully my car doesn't breakdown again, but if it does, and I'm around the same area, Bubba's will be the first place I call.

They do not care about their customers they are very condescending the customer service rep was named Janie. She was very rude did not care about my car or items at all. She laughed when I told her My concerns. I would never ever recommend them and I would recommend that AAA cancel their contract .... They're giving you a bad name!

They showed up within 15 minutes. Before I knew it my car was up on the flat bed and ready to go. Gentleman was awesome. Couldn’t ask for better service. When driving to the destination he wasn’t driving all crazy. Taking it nice and slow. He took such good care of my leased car. Works recommend this tow service company to everyone. Thank you

In what could have likely been a very horrible night, Bubba’s towing quite literally rescued me. It was 2am when I got a flat and Tow Truck driver Jake not only helped me get towed but went above and beyond. My tire was unable to be changed, I was stranded in the middle of Ohio, but Jake made sure I was safe. He even called the company who had just worked on my car the week before to explain that they caused an issue. He was seriously an angel and I’m very grateful. This company truly has wonderful customer service!! Highly recommend calling them for help in unfortunate situations.
