The Lodges

Although we provide Assisted Living care and support in a home environment, we are trained and prepared to manage the most complex medical needs with many of our communities offering on-site 24-hour nursing care. Our care-giving staff are on-site 24/7, awake and always engaged. To ensure a continuum of care, we work with the residents' physicians, social workers and caregivers.

The Lodges of Brooklyn Park provides 24-hour awake nursing care for our residents in the peaceful northern Twin Cities metro. We have 6 one level homes each offering 5 or 6 private rooms in a welcoming cul-de-sac community. The Lodges of Burnsville overlooks 178 acres of parkland, with panoramic views of Lake Alimagnet, ball fields and surrounding woodlands.

This position will assist planning, coordinating, and managing the home care service and act within the Comprehensive Home Care regulations. The LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of home care service delivery under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client's physical and emotional well-being for those clients living at The Lodges Company.This position assists clients with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR) if medication comped, and other services as delegated by the RN.
