Only reason I chose Bellwood was because Honda Downey service center recommended it and was close to where I live. Like others have said very poor communication they will not stay in touch with you on how your car is doing. It’s been more than 3 weeks since I’ve dropped off my car here for side panel and rear passenger door work nothing too major and still do not have my car back. stay away forsure definitely not worth the money you gonna waste

Very unprofessional and when pointed out their mistakes got angry at the customer. Don’t waste your time and energy to go there. The staff is really disorganized and Tim the manager also backs their unorganized unprofessional team. DO NOT waste your money, time and energy to take your car to this place.

I came in just about 5 minutes ago and I'm already leaving with my car issue fixed. Sam, who was at the front desk, asked me what I needed and was eager to help me. It was a simple fix: I needed a clip for the liner of my bumper but Sam treated it with the diligence I was expecting and personally went to look for the clip and fastened the liner. Excellent customer service and I'm going home in less than 5 minutes. I hope Sam reads this. Thank you bro.!

I realy wanted to give them five stars, but i have to give them 2 stars, and this is why...
1. Lack of communication on the progress of the vehicle (2 stars)
2.the body work done on the car is flawless cant tell where the damage happen (5 stars)they even painted my rim and thats awesome
3.and this is where i give it 2 stars, who ever put the car back together (inside panels weather stripping and any sensors or wiring back into place, did a horrible job. Weather stripping on the door to small was causing damage to my passenger side dash, had to cut to be able to fit properly (as seen on the images
