We occupy an historic home, formerly known as the Hitchcock House, which Mr. and Mrs. Worthington bought and restored in 1993.
Charlie Keeley joined the Worthington Law Centre in 2005 after working at the Monterey County District Attorney's office for 20 years. After graduating from University of Santa Clara Law School in 1979, she worked as a Monterey County Deputy District Attorney for eight years, handling misdemeanors, felonies and juvenile cases.

Brian is an absolute life saver. He gamed my case as best as anyone could have hoped for, he kept me in constant communication and in the loop with what was going on and what my options were the entire time. I was charged with felony embezzlement by a public official shortly after I retired from my law enforcement career as the Police Chief. It was a high profile case and the DA’s office was relentless in their desire to have me prosecuted. Utilized the Worthington Law Centre for a DUI incident, over the past year. I was put in contact with Chester Phillips from the Worthington office. From the aspects of the court process it was handled in a professional manner. Be ready for communications to be with emails and phone calls, face to face only happens during the consultation. The court side was pretty cut and dry, not any room to negotiate. But I had strong frustrations with the handling of the DMV portion of the process. I just recently earned I have been driving on a suspended license due to Mr Phillips not completely understanding

Tom and Brian Worthington are both as good as they come. I found myself being charged with embezzlement by a public official after I retired as a Police Chief for many years. I was facing prison time and loss of my retirement. These guys both fought tooth and nail for me. After an exhausting two week jury trial, we received a hung jury. Most everyone from the area knows that Tom Worthington is who you'd go to for the results you're looking for. The name is very well known and you will be charged for it. What was once a "Super Lawyer" is the person you think you're hiring and you're charged a ton for but far from what you'll get! He hears your story, takes notes, then explains a bit followed by a very big fee quote and retainer request but making it feel less painful by offering payments. Well that's the last time you'll see or speak with him, unless you don't pay your balance off

Waste of money, didn't want to fight for the truth, even when they are given it, all they want to do is plea bargain and use intimidation to force you to take the plea. We go to them because of commercials of we fight for you, but all they really do is talk you into a large (Retainer) and force you to plea something you are innocent of so they can keep that quick buck.
Don't use them, a false allegation from a deceitful, lying, cheating person Ruined my life and hurt my children because they don't want to fight for you like they claim in their advertisements, just intimidate you to plea and cause

These people are disgraceful. Thomas Worthington billed me $50,000 for nothing. No witness reviews nothing. In fact he breached his fudicuary standard and shared confidential information with another lawyer by the name of Gary Thelander in an attempt to steal my business my home and my life. Working with Worthington I was looking at losing everything and my freedom. Once I fired him the DA dropped all felony charges. The case was eventually dismissed.

After I hired him - and paid $11K - he waited until the last minute and just before my court hearing to meet with me and barely took any notes as I explained my account of the events that led to charges being filed against me. Mr. Wortington's lack of professionalism and preparation left him ill-prepared for the hearing, which resulted in the judge having the ability to bully him. It also left me with a prison term forcing
