Dr. Graham graduated from the UMKC school of dentistry in Kansas City, MO in 2001, and continues to provide the latest technologies in dentistry through continuing education. I had my teeth cleaning today and I have already recommended The Dental Spa to all my friends! Such a amazing, relaxing experience. Whoever said going to the dentist isn't fun, is wrong. Dr.Graham and Kelsey where so attentive and listened to my concerns. Also one of the aestheticians, Tia came in and gave me a wonderful arm and hand massage while I was getting my cleaning, she's fantastic!! I can't wait to go back and check out the Spa side. This place is aptly named, beginning with the massage chairs in the lobby. It's a welcome update to an office where the dentist's wife is the receptionist and is sitting at a backdrop of manila folders. But, it's not all smoke and mirrors--the attention and care was on point--a warm eye compress, a warm blanket, the temple massage and hand and arm massage, all added up to it feeling like an hour of self-care rather than a dreaded appointment.

Ok wow. I didn't know that I could enjoy going to the dentist even more (no sarcasm here)! The vibes and the scent of this place are so lovely. They made me forget that I was at the dentist entirely.
Jackie was kind, calm, gentle, and most importantly thorough. Tia gave me a complimentary hand/arm massage while the cleaning was in progress and it was a service that I didn't know I wanted. I am a BIG FAN of the Dental Spa. I've been coming here for years. I am kind of a Graham brother stan because Dr. K's bro did my braces. Both of them are just the greatest!! But I truly love the Dental Spa. I HATE normal dentist offices and it is largely why I avoided going to the dentist for so long. I know it sounds kinda silly, but I do have sensory difficulties, so the fact that you're in your own little space and the lights are dim makes it such an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the hygienists and Dr. Graham--all very good at what they do. I love this place!

I've been a patient of Dr. Graham's for over 15 years now! He and his staff at The Dental Spa have always done excellent work in caring for my teeth. Love the nice atmosphere of the office, ranging from the massage chairs, to the music, to the face massage to wrap up. The billing staff are very good at handling insurance too!

I absolutely love the Dental Spa. The dental care is top notch. The staff is all very friendly and they always explain what steps they are taking in my treatment. Once again- best dental experience ever. Jenny is phenomenal and I really enjoy my visits with her - which I've never been able to say about going to the dentist. Professional, kind and patient with Covid protocols still in place- makes me feel safe and well taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Okay there's nothing better than the dental spa. I love clean teeth. I love the face massage and warm
towel I get after and the massage chairs in the front. They're perfect with insurance and so easy. I love that you can text the number and make appts without having to call and most of all they are very thorough with the cleaning and Dr. Graham doesn't ever make up stuff I need to get done like no pretend cavities or procedures - he just does what I need.

I loved being in the atmosphere that has been created in this luxury dental spa. You get more that what you expect when you walk in! The staff was so friendly and kind, and were able to make me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Amber was my hygienist and was such a pleasure to work with! She made me feel relaxed and educated me so much open what I needed to do to practice better at home care. I was also seen by Dr. Graham during my visit and he was so kind. I have been coming to the dental spa for a few years now, and it still continues to provide me with the most enjoyable experience at the dentist that I have had. I don't dive deep into the spa amenities, but even so, the experience ends up being as relaxing as a teeth cleaning can be! I’ve been going to Dental Spa for about 5 years now and they never disappoint. Service is excellent, professional interactions are friendly and informative, the ambiance of the offices is serene and spa like. Currently no paraffin hand wax and face massages during the procedures but as someone who has had it before, I can attest to that little bonus really going above and beyond just like the spa itself. There are massage chairs in the waiting room and everything is great. Who wants to go to a dentist? Nobody! But with Dental Spa, I’m here for it. I love how they’ve really elevated the experience

The Dental Spa provides an experience unlike any other dental office. As you walk in you are put at ease by calming music, clean atmosphere, and massage chairs in the waiting room. The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, and I found the advice I was given by the hygienist was really helpful. She explained everything to me and showed me examples, offered suggestions on how to take better care of my teeth. Dr Graham is also a pleasure to interact with and is great about explaining Xray findings and my treatment plan. Here you really feel that they are teaming up with you to improve your smile

The staff was fantastic. I felt super at ease the entire time and the place seemed very clean. The hygienist was very gentle and told me everything she was doing before she started. The dentist actually spent some time with me to explain why I needed to see the endodontist, what I should ask for, and how to handle it with my insurance. I felt very heard the entire time and everyone was friendly. This was my first visit and I don't think I'll go to another dentist.

This was my First time at the Dental Spa and the first time going to the dentist in 3 years. I was extremely nervous going to the dentist as I have severe PTSD from bad experiences as a child. The people at the Dental Spa were SO considerate and did a very good job at not only fixing the problem, but educating me so it doesn't happen again. Fortunately they advised me that I have very healthy teeth and to stop researching things on the internet because I just scare myself. I was excited to have a personal dental experience based on recommendations by close friends, but it wasn't what I expected. Dr. Graham was impersonal and I didn't feel like a priority in the office. I will no longer be coming here, especially during COVID while policies are clearly not taken seriously. The environment attempted to be "better" than the average dental visit, but I would rather go elsewhere.

I've been visiting the Dental Spa for many years for both myself and my kids. This is a wonderful establishment, they are so professional and friendly. The environment is so lovely it really takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Everything from the massage chairs in the waiting room to the nice lighting and the subtle scents they use is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Dr. Grahm is an excellent dentist and has handled several procedures for me in the most professional and kind service. I can't recommend this place enough.

I love going there. We left a dentist who was doing unnecessary work. Since switching none of us have had problems where prior we were all having 4-5 "cavities" fill every time. Here, they do great work when needed and general check ups/cleanings are great. Staff is friendly. Miss the days of the hand scrub and face massage but hopefully those will return after this pandemic.
