If you are dealing are with the pain of a breakup, divorce or separation and the worries of child custody, child support, alimony, division of property and debt then mediation is a good way to resolve your dispute. It puts you and the other party in control of the outcome, saves you money and expedites the process.

Nearly every Judge requires mediation prior to going to Court for temporary or permanent relief. A mediated agreement means that you and the opposing side decide how the case is resolved. It is much quicker than waiting for a trial date and can resolve a case in a matter of weeks rather than months or years.

Avoid this "Attorney at Law" like his sole purpose was to spread Covid-19.

Positive: Value
Gary has provided excellent mediation skills for myself as well as several others that I know personally. He is very reasonably priced for the market area and offers Zoom/remote mediation services, which is very helpful during the current pandemic.

If you have him as a mediator be worried. Claims to be a father's rights activist but continued to call dcf on me because of bite marks made by another child. Also in mediation proceeded to try to sell his services as a mediator to the other client which is extremely unprofessional and according to fl courts is NOT ALLOWED. BTW dcf did nothing and closed the case. Look elsewhere for a lawyer/mediator
