We revived their 15 year old hard drive that ran part of their production equipment in one afternoon. Their back room computer for the parts center had the hard drive go bad. The owner and his brother are excellent technicians, and very friendly! Their warranty is very useful. Computers are very unpredictable, and a technician will often not run into every problem you do on the first go because you use your system a lot more, for a wider variety of things. I brought a computer in, they fixed some problems and got it working well for them, but, while they fixed some of the problems, I still had issues at home. They took it back multiple times and eventually zeroed in on the main problem, which was with the GPU. They will keep going until they identify the problem

I walked into the shop a few weeks ago and talked with Jordon about some problems I was having with my unit. He said 'bring it in!' I did and now have a brand new upgraded power supply and my other concerns have been corrected as well - All for a reasonable price...and they guarantee their work. It is difficult to find someone you can trust these days but, based on my experience, I can highly recommend them for their work.
