Service contracts can be customized to meet the specific needs of your community. We will provide you with liaison services; ensuring communication between your residents, contractors, and board of directors.
Managers registered in Connecticut must complete a nationally-recognized course in common interest community management and pass the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM) Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) examination.
Upon registration with the state Department of Consumer Protections (DCP), applicants must also certify whether they have ever been convicted of a felony, regardless of the jurisdiction.Managers seeking to register for the first time must also submit to a state and national criminal background check before they can successfully receive their certification.

So happy that our Association uses Connecticut Real Estate Management. We are very lucky to be able to work with Leanne. She has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, patience, determination and a very pleasant and down to earth disposition all while going above and beyond for us. Leanne has continued to quickly respond to all phone calls and emails not only from Board members, but from all residents in our development throughout the years.
