My once dirty house is so clean that it glows! Carlos and everyone at Plethora Pressure Washing did a great job of pressure washing my house, driveway, and patio. My roof had a lot of moss and lichen built up, so I opted to get their roof treatment. It was killing the moss, allowing it to fall off the roof, before they were even half way through the job. The system they use for sending their estimate/proposal and scheduling the appointment is slick and all through email. It's written out in detail so I knew what exactly what the plan was and at a time that would work for me. Oh and they cleaned

Carlos is very personable and professional. He does excellent work and takes pride in a job well done. I am beyond thrilled by the job he did on my house, including the concrete patio in the back and getting the rust off the flashing on the front of the house. That was an unexpected bonus. Terrific value for a reasonable price. He even asked me to inspect his work and did a touch up where requested. He is excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Carlos was top notch. He called me back late in a Friday night and quoted me over the phone. I waited a few weeks wondering if I wanted to just do it myself again. I decided to give him a shot. He came in a few days, communicated extremely well, and did a fantastic job on my deck, entire house, and sided shed. The work was completed in a matter of hours, not days. I have no complaints, and will call him again in the future for sure! He also did my fathers house and he was just as pleased. Carlos was recommended to us by a company who no longer does this work. Carlos promptly returned my call and came to our house to determine his quote. He contacted me within 24 hours and was able to schedule our job within 3 days. He and his team arrived on time with excellent equipment. He has plenty of workers, so they finished quickly. At the end of his work, he asked us to walk around the outside of the house to make sure we were pleased. HE noticed some soap residue and asked his workers to get their hoses and rinse again. This was certainly a job well done. I know who to call in the future

Carlos also showed up early on the date scheduled for the work at our home and the Results when he was done are fantastic! Our driveway and roof look wonderful. Called a few area businesses to treat moss growth on my roof. These gentlemen came out, gave a reasonable quote, explained the process and what to expect and showed up to do a great job. I have a somewhat unusual house and I had a few concerns for my roof at first but I had no concerns once they started. Very professional and I would highly recommended them.
Added 10/27/2020: I'll add that my shingles were a forest green color which had pretty much turned dark. These guys assured me that the color would return and, in fact, they are green again! Took a few weeks but looking great.

It has been an exceptionally challenging year for our family. We've had so many family emergencies that took our attention and time. Our house was neglected and I thought there was no way it would ever look good again.
