Nicole started The JFA in 2012. She loves all things insurance, but outside of the office she loves spending time with her two children, swimming, cooking, reading, and the beach. She loves working with individuals and business owners to find a customized insurance option for their specific needs. She recently discovered podcasts and enjoys learning while she jogs, cooks, or runs around town.

Was looking for a responsive agent...boy did I find one!
I had an agent that didn't know I existed once my agent left. I got an email to tell me my agent left and never heard from the Company. I did some homework and found The Johns Family Agency and could not be happier. My calls and email are responded to very , very promptly and with real caring. I really know that they care about me and my insurance needs!

I was referred to The Johns Family Agency by my Mortgage Bank and it turned out to be one of the better decisions I made during my home purchase process. I spoke directly with Nicole Johns throughout the closing process; she was always available when needed, very informative, and did a great job of providing me with a very affordable Home + Auto insurance package rate. I was shopping around for homeowners insurance and was getting really high quotes and not enough coverage or vice versa, then I got a call from The Johns Agency at the same time I was doing my research. My agent referred me to them and it was a great choice. Zoie was amazing and extremely helpful, she also help me see beyond the commercialized home owners insurance companies who spend all their money on TV ads but don't focus on their customers. She came back with a company I never heard of and I was skeptical but I did my research and they had good reviews when it came to homeowners insurance

I have used the Johns Agency for the last year and have very pleased with the service they have offered. I have used Erie Insurance for the last 10 years and they have been an excellent insurance provider. The Johns Agency has been able to arrange renters insurance for my son who was living in Maryland is now living in New York City. Would definitely recommend this Agency, especially Nicole!

My sister owns an apartment in New York in which I live. Because she lives in another state it was impossible for her to get owner's insurance for her New York apartment. Her primary residence insurance is with Erie. Her broker said she could not get Erie Insurance in New York. I called Erie and was given three names. I chose Nicole Johns because I liked the name. How lucky for me that I got Nicole. She has jumped through hoops to help us, calling Erie and insisting they accommodate this client so that she could write the owners policy for us.
