When you arrive at Boston Logan International Airport, immediately find out which terminal you are in, and then use the corresponding pickup instructions. All passengers should meet outside of the terminal on the lower level. From the baggage claim area exit the terminal, cross over two (2) islands, and on the left side you will see a small parking lot that is the limousine area.

Made a reservation for an early morning ride to the airport nearly 2 weeks in advance. Received email confirmation. Gave them a credit card to hold my reservation. The morning of my trip, they never showed up. No phone call. They didn't answer THEIR phone. I had to scramble at the last minute to find an alternative way to the airport (not easy to do at 3:30am on a Saturday). I nearly missed my flight (and my cruise!). Not only did they not answer the phone that morning, they didn't have the decency to call back and apologize. Very unprofessional. I had used them in the past, but will never use

Disreputable business, Jeff is a liar. Never showed for early AM ride to Logan. Made appointment 1 wk in advance, confirmed with Jeff 18hrs before pickup. Limo never arrived, Jeff never returned my calls, never responded to my email, even to this day. Never hire this UNRELIABLE limo. NEVER TRUST JEFF>

We had excellent service provided by multiple drivers. Their team handled many flights in and out for our large chaotic party, and worked with our ever changing schedules over a few day period without hesitation. They never made us feel rushed, and never kept us waiting either. The team was very professional and personable during every interaction.

My friend Nora lives in Chelmsford, me and a party of 7 people have a night out, so we booked with Keltic Transportation, to take us round trip to go to Gibbet Hill Grill.
These guys didn't show up, we have to call 2 different taxis from Lowell to take us, they didn't answered the phone, we called more than 10 times.

I have used Keltic transportation multiple times to take care of my client's when we are too busy and can not take care of them they have always provided exemplary service with nothing but compliments from the clients that have been picked up by their service. I would give them a 10 stars if I could but 5 stars is all I'm allowed to give

I arrived at Logan very late and in a hurry to get home. I had arranged for Jeff of Keltic to pick me up, and although my flight was delayed about an hour he was there to greet me. The car was pristine and the ride comfortable and very well priced. I highly recommend using Keltic, and I'll continue to use them for my travels.
