We have bought many pieces of furniture for our home and have always had a great experience with Douglas Furniture. High quality products and even better service! I made an error (100% my fault) when making a recent purchase. I dealt directly with Matt, the owner. Despite the fact that the error was all mine, Matt was kind and understanding. The error required a couch exchange, which Matt was very gracious about. The exchange took place quickly (less than a week) and Matt didn’t even charge for the additional delivery. He was great to work with and made the process really simple. We love our new sectional!!
