Eric is an eclectic mixture of old-style manners and post-modern philosophy. He approaches his job as the team's developer with enthusiastic zeal, and often returns to older sites to update them on his own time when newer methods and coding techniques become available. He frequently takes calls from clients personally, and works closely with the other staff.
