Metals roofs are a durable, long-lasting way to protect your building, but, over time, they can begin to show signs of age, including rusting and leaking. Rather than going through the expense and hassle of replacing a roof that is still structurally sound, Schultz Roofing offers metal roof coating to bring new life to your roof and seal out water.
Single-ply roof systems are typically a reinforced or rubber membrane that is used as the topmost surface of your flat or sloped roof. These membranes come in a variety of names, including Hypalon, TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and more. Over time, these membranes begin to wear, may develop holes, and might even have seams that begin pulling apart, allowing water to enter.
Sprayed foam roofing systems have been engineered to provide a superior energy-efficient, long-lasting roof for any building. Foam offers excellent insulation value and a smooth, durable, seam-free barrier against the elements when coated with Conklin coating systems. Foam is so lightweight - about eight ounces per square foot - it can be applied over most existing roof systems without exceeding the structural load capacity.
A leaky roof is more than just an annoyance. Leaks allow water to penetrate into your building, deteriorating the structure and putting equipment and inventory at risk of damage. Even a tiny leak, if left unchecked, can cause significant decay over time, eventually leading to very costly repairs of substrate, rusted supports, and more.
