Single-ply roof systems are typically a reinforced or rubber membrane that is used as the topmost surface of your flat or sloped roof. These membranes come in a variety of names, including Hypalon, TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and more. Over time, these membranes begin to wear, may develop holes, and might even have seams that begin pulling apart, allowing water to enter.
Sprayed foam roofing systems have been engineered to provide a superior energy-efficient, long-lasting roof for any building.
