Our van had taken some damage during a family trip. Our insurance provider had a list of "preferred" businesses, meaning it's cheaper for them and not necessarily the best for customers; this place is far from that. They were very quick to respond to us and speedy on the turn around from drop off. Real professional in the office. I would really encourage anyone that has them on their insurance's approved to use list to take your vehicle to this place.

They took great care of my car. I’ve taken it here twice now: once for the rear bumper and once for the front bumper. They did really well with matching the paint and making it look like it did before it was damaged! Easy to work with and really fast turnaround times.

Had to get a new door painted from red to black after a wreck. They said it would take 2 weeks and we got a call 3 weeks later. The door was completely covered in dust so there's no way it was just finished even within the last few days. They also handed us the door handle and it was still completely red. I don't know how the door handle isn't part of the car door.
Edit: to the company response, that's a very rude way to respond to a customer review and not professional at all. I had some concerns and was attacked when we could've talked it out. I'd love to see phone records of when you called

I got hit by a deer in my truck and had significant damage all down the drivers side truck. Not only did they make the paint and panels match the originals, they got it done very quickly so I could be back on the road with my truck. They had amazing customer service and they would be the first I’d recommend for auto body work in rexburg!

Velocity made an unfortunate situation at least tolerable with outstanding communication and a high degree of professionalism. They called almost every day with updates as the accident was 600 miles from our home. They worked with our insurance company providing a high degree of detail of damage which escalated as they pealed back the cosmetic damage to find significant frame issues. They were always empathetic and had our 6. We could not have asked for a better experience and would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks to you all at Velocity.

I used Velocity Auto Body for a repair to my 28 year old Honda del Sol. They did an amazing job! It looks like a new car. They contacted me with updates, worked seamlessly with my insurance, came in on time and budget. I live in another town, but they were worth the time it took to research and travel to work with them. I wouldn't go anywhere other than Velocity Auto Body for repairs. Repairs were completed on time and exactly for the amount quoted! They even detailed my truck before returning it. Kevin is the best!!

Excellent work and customer service.
I was side swiped by a drunk driver and needed some buffing done and a mirror replaced. They handled a difficult insurance company and go the work done quickly. While there, I had them repaint the hood which had complete paint failure on it. The paint had spider web cracks all over it and was coming off in chunks down to the sheet metal. The quality of work done was excellent. They went above and beyond finding a hard to find replacement mirror for my car. After 3 different mirrors, they got the right one and got it installed.

They made us feel like top priority. When I called every person I spoke with was genuinely kind and respectful. They made you feel like family.
