Walked in to have my nails done and was told to return in 30 minutes. I Should've left when they told me that. I got the vibe they didn't want to do my nails.
I sat and waited 30 minutes. More customers came in and were helped before me. When I called them on it, they had nothing to say. I've been to this nail shop several times without issues. Will never return. Poor customer service!!!

So I came in to bring my grandma for her appointment And I understand that I didn't have an appointment for myself but when I came in I asked if they also had time for a gel mani and pedi for myself and they said yeah that's fine wait 30 mins and we can get you at the same time as your grandma I said perfect so I picked a color and everything. When they sat my grandma they both started doing my grandmas mani and pedi and I said ok that fine maybe I'll be next. Disappinted. I would give zero if it was an option. Ive always come to this place but the quality of work has severely decreased. I asked for a manicure and gel dip,, I did not receive any manicure, didnt get my cuticles even pushed back before he was gluing the acrylics on in a rush. Being the first time I've gotten longer nails I wanted to keep them short but when I asked to get them shorter while he was trimming them he laughed and told me no. They turned out horribly crooked and even transparent in some spots. I feel like I could have done a better job if given the supplies needed in my

The person didn't bother to clean the extra gel polish on edges. It stuck to my skin. They seem like they are in a rush to send you out. Not very friendly. I'll try the other nail salon nearby next time. And she barely massage my hands and she wiped the dirty towel on my hands after she used to take the previous gel on my nails and cuticle. I undesrtand maybe she tries to save towel. My experience her is just ok. Would I comeback? Probably not. Cost of the mani gel $35+5=$40

Went in to get my daughter a pedicures done she wanted acrylic everything was fine until the lady started drilling her big toe and CUT her!!!! My daughter screamed pulled her foot away and the lady kept going acted like nothing happened..I said hello you cut her she ignored me 3 times I said excuse me you cut my daughters toe and she said sorry like it was nothing and stuck her foot in the dirty water to soak I asked for peroxide to clean out the cut so it doesnt get infected AND SHE POURED ALCOHOL ON HER OPEN CUT!! Again my daughter yelled in pain!! I was about ready to walk out then a man came

Neat clean. (Manager asks clients for temperature reading with a temperature forehead gun. At least they care.) Full set with gel overlay in glitter. Neat, quick work exactly as asked. I was a little sad no jewels or air brush. Where problem was: The pedicure was good she used a liner bag for water and catch dead skin but the cut shape was uneven, not square when I left, I had a raw spot on my toe when I got home and the pedicurist didn't to the floor I asked to match nails from their own sheet so they appeared discolored. If they fix those small adjustments would be better score. Everyone wore

I come to Bella regularly and always get my nails done by Andy for my acrylics! I always have a great experience while I'm there. I always leave satisfied with how my nails come out and Andy is always so friendly and sweet, he gets the shape exactly how I like! His colleagues usually do my pedicures and they always come out perfect! I highly recommend this Nail salon

I started coming here for pedicures when I was very pregnant. I always find it super relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Now I come here for pedicures and full sets every two weeks! I'm not a particular on who does my nails or toes because I get a good job every single time. One of the girls there is super sweet and goes the extra mile with beauty products that she suggest to use for issues I was having. Came here with my grandma and mom a few weeks ago and our entire experience wasn't good. As soon as we walked in multiple employees weren't wearing masks and greeted us without masks. Then we got pedicures and mine took a whole 10 minutes total and my grandmas and moms took around 15 minutes. Probably got a 1 minute leg/foot massage total and the service was very rushed. I thought maybe since we came in the afternoon they wanted to get out of there quickly but as soon as they were done with our services two of employees rushed outside and just went back to sitting out there on their phones

My God.... the WORST nail place.. i was excited to try this out the first time about 2 months back. the staff seemed to be nice and the manager/owner named Amanda was super cool and nice.
so naturally i booked another appointment.
Boy.. big mistake. Kevin did my manicure and kept hurting me and the woman doing my pedicure was barley paying attention... she messed up on my toes.. I was waiting for my nails to pay but kevin rushed me out the door because my nail appointment was at 6:30PM. I didn't get the pedicure I wanted and my toe nails look awful.

This nail salon does terrible work. They charge for dip and it doesn't go on or look like dip I've had at other nail salons. My nails were uneven (ridges from poor filing on top) and when I asked that the mistake be repaired, I got attitude and just as sloppy of a "fix." I will not return here as there are far better nail salons in Napa.

Ok, I really don't understand the 2.5 stars here. This place does awesome work!! I am particular about salons and moving to Napa from LA it was hard to find a spot I actually liked - Some of the highest rated places in town I tried were awful but I was pleased once I came to Bella Nails after my boss recommended it. Mimi I usually have do my dip manicure, && Tiffany for pedicures. They are great, but also everyone there does a fantastic job even when they aren't there. Definitely loyal customer of Bella Nails & would recommend.
